A man abandoned a motorbike he was riding and fled the scene after seeing a patrol team of police anti-crime personnel.

Police said the motorbike is suspected to be a stolen property.

 “During routine patrols, operatives of the Anti-Crime Unit encountered an individual riding a motorcycle, upon seeing the patrol officers at a distance, he abandoned the motorcycle and ran away,” police said.

“Members of the public are encouraged to contact the Anti-Crime Unit for possible identification and establishment of ownership.”
