Faé Emerse, the coach of the Elephants of Côte d’Ivoire urges his side to kick the ball rolling from the kick off against The Gambia to avoid labouring out for win amid a narrow 1-0 victory over Burundi in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Faé Emerse, the Côte d’Ivoire Africa Cup Of Nations winning coach talks about the importance of the Elephants having a bright start against The Gambia in a pre-match press conference ahead of the World Cup qualifiers.

“I’m satisfied with the match against Burundi because the goal was to win. The goal is to take six points from the two matches. We knew we wouldn’t have control over all ten matches.

“Tomorrow, we’ll have to put pressure on them to score as quickly as possible and take them out. We need to improve technically and be more mobile than we were against Burundi.” Faé Emerse said.
