The Gambia’s coronavirus cases has risen again after many days of recording low number of cases. 

Seven people from the ages of 3 to 70 years contracted the virus, but no death was recorded, the Ministry of Health has said. 

This takes the total number of Covid-19 cases ever confirmed in the country to 3,679. 

Meanwhile three more consultants from the UK Public Health Rapid Support Team project recently arrived in The Gambia to support the country’s Covid-19 response.
