Alasana Yirajang etched his name into SK Slovan Bratislava’s history books on Thursday night, delivering the decisive strike in their 2-1 victory over Rayo Vallecano in the UEFA Europa Conference League.

The Gambian youngster stepped up when it mattered most, netting his first-ever professional goal in European competition to hand the Slovak champions their maiden win of the campaign.

Yirajang’s composed finish not only sealed all three points but also marked a significant personal milestone as he continues to rise on the continental stage.
