A young Gambian man identified as Baba Jagne of London Corner has reportedly died after consuming the dangerous Kush drug.

Jagne’s death comes barely a week after three young Gambians, two males and a woman in Banjul, Barra and Palma Rima died after reportedly consuming the killer drug.

Police have since launched investigations into the trio’s deaths.

“Baba Jagne of London Corner allegedly died last night after taking Kush,” a source told Gambiana.

The Gambia has been rocked by the Kush drug since its emergence into the country from Sierra Leone, Guinea and Liberia where the drug continues to kill more people especially young people.
