Look at this—Amie Bensouda! How dare you?
You are suing Mamadi Kurang for D144 million dalasis, and yet, you of all people must account for the disappearance of Yahya Jammeh’s looted assets. The Gambian people deserve clarity, not intimidation. D144 Million for what? Where’s the Jammeh loot? This isn’t just about Kurang anymore—it’s about truth, justice, and accountability.
To all the good lawyers of The Gambia — Lamin J. Darboe, Lamin Camara, Borry Touray, Lawyer Martin, Melvin Roberts — PLEASE STAND UP for Kurang. Or better yet, stand up for The Gambia. We know you are tired. We understand your frustrations. But we MUST press on, not for politics, but for country.
Let it be known: we/I do not know whether the allegations against Kurang are true or false. But any honourable Gambian, especially Amie Bensouda, must come forward and explain: What happened to all of Jammeh’s assets?
If you, Madam Bensouda, were truly an honourable public servant, you would have filed a zero-dalasi lawsuit, simply to clear your name. But this? This D144 million suit is nothing more than a bold attempt to make a statement — a statement of power, ego, and untouchability. We can equally sue you for the disappearance of the Jammeh loot or the mismanagement of it.
The Untouchables Must Fall.
Not Above the Law: Bensouda, Barrow & the Betrayal of Gambia.
How dare you?
Gambians are still confused, angry, and fearful about what happened to Jammeh’s wealth. He looted this country dry, and the very people who were entrusted to recover those assets have failed to assure the public. We have reports of some being paid D500,000 a month — is this true? If so, why?
Where was Amie Bensouda during 22 years of dictatorship? What did she do for the ordinary Gambian — the vulnerable, the bereaved, the voiceless — who cried out for help every single day?
Where were Baa Tambedou, the Janneh Commission, and all these other so-called accountability structures? All they did was deepen poverty, sow chaos, and plunge the country into hopelessness.
The lawyers who Stole the Revolution are now back in power — not to fix, but to finish us off.
We must form a coalition — a national front against the betrayal of trust — targeting Amie Bensouda, the Janneh Commission, Baa Tambedou, the Ministries of Tourism and Lands, and Abubacarr Jawara. We demand to know:
Where is the loot?
Who bought it?
How much was it sold for?
When and why was it sold?
Under whose orders?
We Want the Loot Back — Now.
And while we’re at it — President Barrow must NOT be allowed to take over the Chief Justice quarters as his personal residence. He should retire to Mankamang Kunda or purchase his own private property like any other citizen. That official residence belongs to the judiciary, not a politician who has failed the Gambian people.
We must not let Amie Bensouda silence us in our quest for truth and accountability. This is no longer about Kurang. This is about a legal elite who want to prove that they are untouchable. But NO — you are NOT untouchable, Madam. Not as a custodian of Gambian assets and conscience.
Silence Us If You Can.
We shall NOT be bullied by lawyers, presidents, commissions, or ministries.
We shall not be bullied nor allow our people to remain bullied by elites hiding behind black robes and dusty constitutions.
No More Empresses in Robes. Amie you cannot bully anyone in this saga, distract or silence us.
We are NOT going back to servitude. NEVER AGAIN. ARE WE CLEAR?
This may very well mark the beginning of the end for President Barrow’s administration. He has betrayed our hopes. He made our democracy a global joke. He belittled us. He squandered our national wealth and reduced the Gambian citizen to a beggar. His regime has no compassion, no empathy — only greed and manipulation.
From Janneh to Bensouda: The Chain of Betrayal.
Let me also be clear — my tone might have been different if this “legal empress” were not the mother of our beloved son, Talib Bensouda. And to the UDP, this is not about tarnishing your party. This is about country.
Can you, for once, put aside party politics and rise in defense of The Gambia?
If I were President — or if we had any sane leader in office — I would have hired Talib, Lamin Sanneh, Yankuba Darbo, and other competent youth in the UDP. Or leaders in their OWN RIGHT! This crisis goes beyond any political party. This is a fight for our sanity, our resources, our future.
The legal games, the silence, the slippery denials — we see right through them. All legal experts with integrity must come out in defense of Mamadi Kurang, not because he is a saint, but because the system must be held to the same standard.
We demand the same number of counts used against Kurang to be applied toward clarifying the looted assets:
Count 1: Where are the bulldozers?
Count 2: Where are the cows, goats, chickens, and all the livestock?
Count 3: Where are the confiscated properties? Who bought them? Why? Who authorized the sales?
Count 4: Where are the luxury cars, tractors, and moving vehicles Jammeh owned? Who received them? When?
We are calling on all activists and concerned citizens to unite immediately:
Madi Jobarteh, Kebba Foon, Juka Ceesay, Neneh Freda Gomez, Pa Samba Jaw, Sulayman Ben Suwareh & Myself — PLEASE STAND UP.
We must seek legal help and form a powerful coalition of Gambian lawyers. If nothing else, this will finally give us the answers we’ve been denied for too long. And yes — we shall sue the President, the Janneh Commission, and the Tourism and Lands ministries for every shady land deal executed under their watch.
Gambia’s Legal Mafia: The Reckoning Begins.
Again, if Amie Bensouda were an honorable Gambian citizen, she would have sued Kurang for zero dalasis — not D144 million — to simply address her reputation. But this is not about her conscience. This is about her ego, her legal dominance, and her heartlessness, greed, arrogance and hubris. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE??? HAI, AYE AYE. This is a strike against the poor. She wants to prove that she is indeed untouchable.
We’re Coming for the Loot, Not Your Lies.
How dare you, Amie?
Who do you think you are?
Your arrogance is shocking. Your actions — merciless. But try us. TRY US.
You Will Account — Every Last Dalasi.
You think you can silence the masses with legal threats and defamation suits?
We have our own list of fraudulent, dubious actions tied to the commission and your allies.
The Final Warning to Amie Bensouda.
The people will no longer be afraid.
Gambia, this is our moment. This is about our dignity, our future, and our children.
This Is Not Over — It’s Just Starting.
Let no legal lord, empress, or president trample on our sovereignty. HAI??NEVER AGAIN.
