Police have launched an investigation into the suspected murder of Ivan Jallow, a resident of Serekunda.

Ivan was reportedly stabbed to death on Thursday, April 24, 2025.

A 25-year-old Bissau-Guinean national, Ebrima Sambou, has been identified as the primary suspect.

Jallow was taken to Kanifing General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

His body is being prepared for transfer to the EFSTH mortuary in Banjul.
