Hundreds of jubilant National People’s Party supporters gathered along the Banjul-Brikama highway to give President Adama Barrow a rousing welcome.

President Barrow has been touring the nation’s early this month to explain his government’s programmes to Gambians across the length and breath of the country.

The president will take a break from his Meet-the-People tour to observe the Christmas holiday. 

He will resume the final leg of the tour in the Greater Banjul Area after the holidays.
