Thousands of anti-Barrow protesters today take to the streets of Greater Banjul to call on President Barrow to honour his election promises and step down.
The rally is organised by the political organisation Three Years Jotna which is determined to force the president out of office.
The group gathered at Sting Corner were they marched to Denton bridge the protest centre. A heavy police presence is at the bridge.
They were wearing t-shirts bearing ‘respect 3 years agreement.’
Speaking to Journalists, Abdou Njie, chairman of the movement said: “President Barrow must respect our demand and know that his term has come to end.”
