Two Police officers are allegedly shot and killed by an assailant at Sukuta Traffic Light while the third officer is in critical condition at Ndemban Clinic.

Police spokesman Modou Sisawo said: “I can confirm that the incident that happened at Sukuta traffic involving three police officers is true. They are all currently held at the Ndemban clinic.”

The army has deployed personnel of its Infantry 1st battalion around the area as manhunt is launched for the shooter.
