A 15-year-old school boy has been found after reportedly kidnapped along Brufut highway by unknown men in a pick up truck.

According to LSTV, the kidnapped boy is identified as Sanna Manneh.

“He then waited for the vehicle to slow down before jumping out of the it to escape. He later ran to some boys around Kubariko and informed them about the incident involving him and the kidnappers. The boy was later taken to the Banjulinding Police Station,” father of the boy is reported to have said. 

“I informed my brother about Sanna and also informed his school about him not coming home after school. I also continued my search before being called by his school that my son was at the Banjulinding Police Station. This was when I went  to the Police Station and I met him there.”

“When I arrived I was detained and interrogated briefly for not informing the police about my missing son,” he added.
