Police have detained a 23-year-old woman for allegedly stabbing a 14-year-old to death in Brufut.

The suspect, identified as Mariama Jallow, is currently helping police with their investigation. 

And the victim’s body was taken to Brufut health center’s mortuary for autopsy examinations.

The victim, identified as Chernoh Touray, was known to the suspect. 

Police appealed to the public to provide them with substantiated information regarding the killing incident.
