Twenty-four Gambians who recently returned from Mauritania have been discharged after spending 10 days in mandatory quarantine.

“All 24 Gambian returnees who were held in quarantine for 10 days have been discharged after testing negative for Covid-19 for the second time,” the Ministry of Health said.

Meanwhile three people who tested positive for coronavirus have been  discharged from MRC’s ‘Covid Bay’ after making full recovery.
