A 7-year-old boy has died after a falling debris from a collapsing house hit him on the head at Baloo Omar village in Sabach Sanjal.

A source who spoke to Gambiana said the shocking accident happened on Saturday 4pm during a heavy downpour.

“The boy died after part of a cement block fell on him upon his return from bringing small ruminants,” the source said. 

They said the North Bank governor had visited the bereaved family to pay his condolences.
