Bubacarr Keita better known as Bob Keita has urged President Adama Barrow to pardon Mile 2 inmates and other prisoners across the country.

Keita, who is also a businessman, was once remanded at Mile 2 for more than a year on charges of alleged rape. He however won the landmark case.

Since his release he has campaigned on behalf of prisoners and made donations to the Mile 2 prison through his foundation. 

Keita wrote on his widely followed Facebook page that:”Dear Mr President, In this blessed month we kindly urging you to pardon some of our brothers and sisters in Mile 2 central prison and other prisons across the country.”
