Gambian rapper, Big Faa, has criticised Gambian television stations for allegedly refusing to play his new song critical to the Barrow government.
Big Faa has released a new song ‘Nelaigne Koy Dundeh’ which means “this is how we’ve been living the situation”.
In the song, rapper Big Faa sang that Barrow has given Gambia to Senegalese President Macky Sall “to rule us”.
However, since the release of the new song, it has been heard on radio and television stations.
But Big Faa in a video shared on social media said: “I’ve released a song video, but the television stations in the country refused to play my new song. And I spoke only truth in that song. So, if they (television stations) refused to play my song to relate my truth-spoken words to the public, then it means that they’re not here for truth and the public.”
