Team Rhino Football Club has announced that it has removed its head coach, Ismaila Jawla from his role after both parties agreed to part ways in mutual consent.  

The former Jam City and TMT Football Club coach, Ismaila Jalwa signed a two-year plus an option to a further year contract with Team Rhino FC but after a series of poor results that placed the team in the relegation playoffs place, both parties decided to an early divorce.

“Since his appointment in October 2025, Coach Jawla has demonstrated unwavering dedication and commitment, doing everything possible to improve the team’s current situation. However, after careful consideration, both parties have agreed that a mutual separation is the best path forward.” a club statement reads.  

According to news reaching the desk of the sports editor Ebrima KB Sonko, coach Yunusa Badjie is in a pole position to succeed coach Jawla at Team Rhino FC.
