Amara Camara delivers a magnificent performance by scoring two goals, leading Real De Banjul to a 2-1 victory over the Gambian Dutch Lions, thereby securing a home-and-away win against the league newcomers.

The youngster showcased his talent with goals in the 17th and 35th minutes, propelling Real De Banjul to finish the first half on a high note. However, Gibril Sima made an impressive mark by scoring from the penalty spot, narrowing the gap to 2-1. Gambian Dutch Lions are struggling to find form but Gibril is enjoying a stellar debut season with 6 goals.
Last year, Real De Banjul faced a disappointing 2-0 defeat against the Armed Forces, but this victory bolsters their hopes of becoming the first Gambian club to win the league title three consecutive times. As it stands, the defending champions are leading the league with 36 points, while Hart FC follows closely in second place with 33 points.
Elsewhere, Charles Jammeh scored the only goal in Hart FC’s 1-0 victory over Gambia Armed Forces, helping them maintain pressure on Real De Banjul at the top of the league table.
