Saihou Chorr shines with a brace as Banjul United achieves a resounding 3-0 victory over Greater Tomorrow Football Club, marking the club’s first win of the new campaign after going seven matches without a victory.

Heading into the match, Banjul United was at the bottom of the Gambia Football Federation Division 1 League table, having not scored a goal in their previous seven outings.

Chorr’s two goals, scored in each half, gave Banjul United a comfortable 2-0 lead before Yahya Jallow added a third goal, sealing the match in favour of Banjul United.

Despite this win, Banjul United remains at the bottom of the league standings, while Greater Tomorrow FC is positioned just above them.
