Bubacarr Keita is known to have lost two of his elder siblings while remanded at Mile 2 for allegedly raping his ex-wife 15-year-old sister in 2019 which resulted in a pregnancy. He denies the charge.

Speaking to reporters at the Bundung High Court, Bob’s lead attorney, Lamin S Camara confirmed that two of Keita’s elder siblings passed away while he is detained by the state.

“I do speak to his [Bob Keita] mother. What I know is that two of his elder siblings died, and Bob was not aware of this news until recently. 

“He came to know this news about two weeks ago. But that’s what God decided, he [Bob] cannot do anything about that,” Mr Camara said. 

According to him, Bob received the news with shock and sadness.
