Banjul high court Judge Momodou SM Jallow has dismissed Bob Keita’s application to block the court’s order to conduct a DNA test.

Defence lawyer L.S Camara had applied a stay of execution in a bid to stop the court’s 7 July order to conduct DNA test on Bob Keita and Pa Johm to ascertain paternity for deceased baby Muhammed.

Mr Keita is standing trial for allegedly raping is ex-wife’s 15-year-old sister in 2019 resulting in a pregnancy. He denies the charge.
