Faraba Banta emerged champions of the 2024/25 APS-sponsored Kombo East District Tournament Replay Final after edging out Kafuta Jarisu in a dramatic post-match shootout.

The much-anticipated final, held at a packed Kuloro Football Field, lived up to expectations with an intense and tightly contested match. Despite numerous chances from both sides, the game ended goalless after regulation time, pushing the contest to penalties.

Faraba Banta held their nerve in the shootout to seal a memorable victory, sparking celebrations among their players and fans.

As tournament winners, Faraba Banta walked away with a giant trophy and a cash prize of D50,000. Runners-up Kafuta Jarisu, who put up a commendable fight throughout the competition, received a consolation prize of D40,000.

The tournament, proudly sponsored by APS, once again showcased the talent and passion for football in the Kombo East District.
