The former leader of Gambia Action Party has accused some members of his former party of being behind the leaked nude video that went viral on social media. 

Lamin Bojang made the allegations after he was expelled from the party over the pornographic video.

Mr Bojang had denied any wrongdoing claiming that the nude video was a smear campaign. 

“I am completely innocent, it is the criminal that are using me to fulfill their criminal desires.

“To my greatest shock and dismay, these illicit pictures and videos were circulated in The Gambia by my own members, members of Gambia Action Party,” he said.

“This was what really shocked me, they’ve sent it and even sent it to my family members,” he alleged.
