Fortune Football Club capitalised on the slumber of Real De Banjul and Team Rhino to climb the Gambian top tier league table after a hard-fought 1-0 away win over Steve Biko Football Club.  

Fortune FC leapfrogged both Real De Banjul and Team Rhino after both teams succumbed to a defeat against BST Galaxy FC and Greater Tomorrow respectively.  

Fortune FC’s high-flying full-back Salifu Jarjue ensured the Petroleum Boys returned to the top of the summit with a narrow 1-0 victory over Steve Biko after enduring a turbulent week where they suffered a defeat against BST Galaxy and the GFF Organising Committee forfeiting their points for allegedly filling an unqualified player against Team Rhino.  

BST Galaxy FC continues its giant-killing run in a thrilling 2-1 victory over Real De Banjul.  

Sarjo Fofana broke the deadlock for the defending champions within minutes of the start of the match before Ebrima Gaye scored a brace to ensure BST Galaxy triumph 2-1.

Greater Tomorrow Football Club has ended its seven-match winless streak with a commanding 2-0 away victory over Team Rhino Football Club.  

Modou B. Jallow and Sainey Sawaneh each scored a brilliant goal in the second half to seal Greater Tomorrow’s first win of the season.
