The Scorpions of Gambia and the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon are currently in Saudi Arabia as part of their Africa Cup of Nations preparations.

The two teams, set to face each other on January 23, have chosen Saudi Arabia as their training base. 

On Wednesday, the Scorpions travelled to Riyadh and will stay in the country from December 27 to January 5 before heading to Morocco, where a match against the Atlas Lions is planned on January 7.

The Cameroonian team also travelled to Saudi Arabia on December 27. 

Meanwhile, Zambia and Cape Verde have also chosen Riyadh as their base camp.
