The Gambia’s Queen Scorpions today suffered a heavy defeat to Cameron’s Indomitable Lioness in Yaoundé.

The Scorpions were beaten by 8 goals to nil in a qualifying round for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations to be played in Morocco next year.

The Queens will play the return leg at home at the Independent Stadium in Bakau.

The games will be played behind close doors due to CAF coronavirus measures, Gambia Football Federation has said.
