Jizzle and ST Brikama Boyo stunned the nation last night by sharing a stage for the first time in years, putting to rest long-standing rumours of a silent feud.

Their surprise performance at the GCCI venue during Jizzle’s Mobay Ta album launch sent the crowd into roaring excitement.

For years, speculation swirled around tensions between the two music giants, with neither artist appearing at the other’s events.

Fans were shocked when, just days before the concert, Jizzle posted a video with ST, signaling a reunion. Both artists denied there had ever been a rift, with ST later sharing the concert flyer on his social media and encouraging fans to attend.

During the performance, fans erupted in joy as Jizzle invited ST, whom he regards as a big brother, on stage. Known for his commanding stage presence, ST thrilled the crowd with a performance of his hit Aling Ndomo, enhanced by powerful drumming rhythms.

In a heartfelt moment, ST asked the band to lower the beat and called Jizzle to stand beside him, placing a hand on his shoulder.

“You all know that Jizzle is my brother,” he said, dismissing years of rumored tension.

“The talk was too much, but we are one people, one Gambia,” he added.

ST went on to perform several songs from his album, captivating fans both at home and abroad.

As ST prepared to exit the stage, Jizzle stopped him.

“Wait, wait,” he said, “I want my big brother to dance with me before leaving the stage.”

The two artists danced together, sending the crowd into another wave of jubilation, a moment many fans described as historic for Gambian music.
