Gambia Democratic Congress leader Mama Kandeh has strongly warned Gambians against reelecting President Adama Barrow in December.

Speaking at Ndugu Kebbeh village, Kandeh blamed the Barrow government for its “abysmal failure” and urged Gambians to instead vote in the GDC-led alliance into presidency to bring them developments.

“Our hospitals are with no medicine and gloves. It is only in Gambian hospitals where [you’ll find] three women sharing a single bed which has never occurred anywhere in this world. You want to follow that government?” he said.

“It’ll be a mistake for the country to reelect these people. Any other thing that happens to us it’s our own fault and no one should complain, because they have shown us who they are and they are not ready for the development of this country,” he added.

“Gambians are suffering and it is time for you to also enjoy by voting GDC-APRC-GAP alliance to the state house to bring enormous developments.

“And now you should know what is progress and since the world was created the type of farming system in Africa is the same system which we will shift to a better farming mechanism to ensure we buy our products,” he continued.

“There is no hoax in GDC and there is no hoax here and the programmes we have laid down so far are here waiting for us at the state house so that we bring development to you in this country,” he said.
