Seedy SK Njie, spokesman for President Adama Barrow’s National People’s Party, has hit back at the opposition United Democratic Party branding them as the ‘cooking utensils party.’

Njie’s attack comes a day after the UDP filed a petition against President Barrow’s victory claiming that his NPP committed fraud in the election by bribing voters with cooking utensils and that non-Gambians voted for him.

However, Mr Njie said on his Facebook wall that: “Cooking utensil Party. Come for your party leader wooo with his cooking utensil distribution.”
