Former Scorpions captain Pa Modou Jagne has been appointed second assistant coach of the Gambia U-17 national team.

Pa Modou Jagne, popularly known as Nda, captained The Gambia at its historic first AFCON appearance in Cameroon and has since pursued coaching, earning a UEFA B Licence in Germany.

Nda will join Yahya Manneh’s technical team ahead of the WAFU-A U-17 qualifiers in Dakar. The GFF said Jagne’s “knowledge and experience” will strengthen the team’s backroom staff.
