Police officers at  Piccadilly Police Post have arrested a 60-year-old man over the death a 17-year-old girl in Latrikunda Sabiji.

The suspect is believed to be the victim’s father. She died after falling off a third floor building, according to the police. 

“A 60-year-old man has been arrested for the alleged murder of Fatou Drammeh, a 17-year-old female student from Latrikunda Sabiji, on Friday, April 12, 2024. The victim reportedly fell from the third floor of a building. The body of the deceased is currently at the Edward Francis Teaching Hospital mortuary,” police said.
