Police in Brusubi have arrested four suspected car drifters and seized six vehicles in an operation targeting reckless driving.

The suspects are expected to appear before the Brusubi Magistrates’ Court today.

In a statement, the Gambia Police Force urged parents and guardians not to allow minors or unlicensed individuals to drive, and cautioned the public against taking the law into their own hands, noting that “two wrongs do not make a right.”

The police said they will continue enforcing traffic laws and regulations to promote road safety across the country.
