Police at Kairaba Police Station have launched an investigation into an alleged sexual offence involving a 17-year-old student that reportedly resulted in pregnancy.

The minor has since given birth.
A suspect, identified as Kemeseng Sanneh, also known as “Kexx,” is currently in police custody as inquiries continue.

Police say further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.
