A serving police officer at The Gambia Police Force Prosecution Unit, Superintendent Amadou Keita has died. 

“It is with profound regret that we announce the sudden and untimely passing of Superintendent Amadou Keita of the Prosecution Unit, Headquarters, on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

“The burial will take place on Friday at 2 PM at Paradise View, near Mariama Kunda, when coming from Airport Junction,” Police communication department announced.
