President Adama Barrow has suspended his Meet-the-People tour following the death of one of his drivers. 

Jerreh Fatty passed away yesterday after a short illness.

“Due to the sad situation, all the Meet the People meetings scheduled for today at Bullock and Kuloro have been postponed till further notice,” State House said in a statement. 

The deceased will be laid to rest today after a funeral ceremony at his residence in Sukuta Nema.
