Sana Sabally, former vice chairman of the AFPRC Junta, met Alhaji Kebbeh, one of the surviving soldiers of the alleged November 11 coup plotters, in a rare act of reconciliation.

Sana told the Truth, Reconciliation and Reparations Commission on Friday that he intervened to save the life of Alhaji Kebbeh after he was ‘shot on the leg’ by Edward Singhateh during interrogation for his alleged role in the November 11 counter-coup.

He explained how he saved Kebbeh’s life by applying first aid and ensuring that he received medical help to treat his leg wound. This is their first meeting 25 years after that life threatening incident.
