TAF Global Africa has revealed plans to create 25 million jobs in Africa as well as build one million new homes in the continent by 2040.
Speaking to Gambiana in an exclusive interview, Mustapha Njie, founder and CEO of TAF Global Africa said: “Let me work out the labour that’s involved in developing a million homes. [We’re] l ppl going to create 25 million jobs because in every house you will need 25 workforce to deliver these houses. That’s 25 million jobs are going to be created, and that’s why we are very passionate about training.”
“We address all our weaknesses because when you want to build one million homes you need to address your weaknesses, you strengthen then you capitalise on them. And of the things you need to have in place in order to archive this is human labour,” he added.
Meanwhile, Mr Njie advised Gambians to desist from anything that could cause violence, as the country gears up for December presidential poll.
“We are going to see a campaign starting, please let it be non-violence. I would advise them also to disassociate themselves with tribe, with religion, with creed. Let them focus on the manifestos presented by the different [political] parties.
“They are the judges; the onus is on them to cast their votes and that’s their choice. So, whatever we want to see in this country, let no single ant be hurt or be killed during this period of campaigning as we lead in the election on 4 December 2021,” he said.
