Talented young Gambian defender Muhammed Darboe has signed his first professional contract for Real de Banjul for an undisclosed fee.
Real de Banjul expressed delight in signing the young defender who was scouted during a football trial at LYDSA.
“The young center-back from Faraba-Sutu in Kombo East was scouted before he got invited to our recent close-door trial, where he impressed.
“Muhammed (Darboe) has the potential to be the next big defender out of Gambia soon,” said Real de Banjul executive William Abraham.
He added that “everyone at Real de Banjul welcomes Muhammed Darboe to the club with open arms and wish him all the best in his development.”
