Turkish organisation TIKA on Thursday donated 2000 face masks to Banjul City Council. 

The donation is to the support the council’s initiative “Operation 100K face masks” which seeks to provide 100,000 face masks to residents of the city. 

In a similar vein Brending Village Development Committee in North Bank Region also donated 500 facemasks to the city council.
