A further two people have died of coronavirus in the Gambia taking the total deaths to eight. 

The Ministry of Health made the announcement this evening and confirmed 46 people have also tested positive for coronavirus.

The Gambia has seen a surge in coronavirus cases in the last two weeks. The total coronavirus cases is now 326.
