Gambian international and Brighton winger Yankuba Minteh has married his partner, Aisha Touray, in a private ceremony held in Banjul on Sunday.

The wedding was attended by close family and friends of the couple, marking a joyful milestone in the young footballer’s life off the pitch.

Minteh and his Gambian-American bride first met in December 2022 and have since kept much of their relationship private.
