Zimbabwean transgender Tatelicious Karigambe-Sandberg says she has found love with a Gambian boy who is “rocking my world”. 

The reality star who was born a man, Tanyaradzwa Tatenda Karigamb but self-identified as a woman, told her 117, 000 followers on Facebook that “Zimbabwe and Gambia have signed a bilateral sexual agreements in Sweden.”

The Sweden-based transgender is HIV-positive and was heard in the video telling her Gambian lover “darling you know I am HIV positive and I was born a man and I’m now a transgender woman, won’t your family be worried about you being in love with someone with HIV? Won’t they refused me to be their in-law? I don’t want to lose you … some people are enemies of progress.” 

The Gambian boy, who kept smiling bashfully throughout the Facebook live video, said their relationship was “not a problem for his family” and told people opposed to them “to go fuck yourselves”.

Their relationship is a crime in Muslim majority Gambia which has one of the strictest laws in Africa against same-sex relationships. 

The identity of her Gambian lover is not known as he was repeatedly referred to in the video as “babe”. 

Tatelicious Karigambe Sandberg is a colourful character who entertains her followers on Facebook with videos of her personal life. She claimed to have spent US$80,000 in surgeries for her to become a woman. 

She divorced her Swedish husband  Richard Sandberg in 2018. 

Tatelicious has a 14 year old son in Zimbabwe before her transition to a woman.
