President Adama Barrow has arrived in New York to attend the 77th session of the UN General Assembly. 

Barrow was accompanied by First Lady Fatoumata Bah Barrow, Foreign Affairs Minister Mamadou Tangara, and other senior government officials. 

The Gambia’s Head of Mission in New York, Lamin Dibba, and other senior diplomats received the President in New York City. 

President Barrow will address the UN General Assembly on Thursday, 22 September and will participate in high-level side events and hold bilateral talks with fellow leaders, State House said in a press statement on Sunday.
