Operatives of the Drug Law Enforcement Agency (DLEAG) have arrested three men with suspected drugs in a vehicle loaded with onion bags in Sibanor.

According to DLEAG, the suspects conspired among themselves to traffic huge quantities of suspected cannabis sativa. 

DLEAG indentified the men as Modou Manneh, 29, Modou Lamin Ndow, 20, and Momodou Camara, 40.

“The said suspected prohibited drugs were wrapped with cement papers, placed in white and blue flour bags and concealed amongst bags of onion being transported by a taxi bagas vehicle.

“The registration number of the said vehicle (taxi bagas) is BJL 9621 R. 

The suspect who evaded arrest was later identified as one Gibie and officers have launched a manhunt to bring him to book,” DLEAG said.
