Former president of the Supreme Islamic Council and a well-known Islamic scholar, Imam Banding Drammeh, has died at the aged of 90.

He died today at his Brikama home.

A source said he will be laid to rest tomorrow.

Tribute have been pouring for the late Imam on social media.
