Gambia grabbed three vital points in their second leg AFCON qualifying match against Mali.

Defender Omar Colley scored the crucial goal in the 78 minutes of play to improve Gambia’s chances of qualifying for the AFCON tournament. 

Gambia is now joint second with Congo Brazzaville on six points apiece. 

Mali still top Group G with nine points. While African minnows South Sudan sits at the bottom of the table with three points.
