Imam Bakawsu Fofana has challenged the nation’s electoral chief Alieu Momar Njai to swear in God’s name about who truly won December 4 presidential election.

Imam Bakawsu had prophesied that Lawyer Ousainou Darboe would win the presidential poll. 

After Darboe lost the election, scores of Barrow’s National People’s Party supporters took to social media to lashed out at the the controversial imam over his failed prediction.

However Imam Bakawsu Fofana has doubled down and released a new audio challenging the chairman of the electoral commission over his announcement.

“Alieu Momar Njai can you swear three to four times in God and His angels names that Adama Barrow really won the election?

“And if this is not true, you again swear in God and His angels names for the fifth times to penalise you,” he said.
