The Minister of Tourism and Culture Hamat N.K. Bah yesterday (22 December) presented D300, 000 to hunting societies in Banjul.

The money will be distributed among the various hunting societies in Banjul in preparation for the Christmas and new year Banjul Cultural Festival (Eggereh).

The beneficiary hunting societies are Ekun Baba Odeh Hunting Society, Odilleh Hunting Society, Gun Shot Hunting Society, Midlands Hunters Society, Mid East Hunting Society, Omo Jesseh Odeh Hunting Society, Rainbow Nation Jesseh, Joluv Arts Capital Cultural Carnival and Banjul Cultural Committee.
