
Berewuleng FC has emerged victorious in the GFF Women’s National League Division One, following a dramatic comeback victory capped by a last-gasp winner from Sarah Jarju.

TMT took the lead in the 62nd minute through a thunderous strike from Laize Emboloco, giving her side hope of a surprise win.
However, Berewuleng responded with determination, and Sarah Jarju restored parity in the 69th minute with a well-taken goal.
With the clock ticking down and Red Scorpions on course to win the title, Jarju struck again in the 90+2 minute, scoring the decisive goal that handed Berewuleng the league title in sensational fashion.

Red Scorpions had been leading the table and looked set to lift the trophy until Jarju’s late heroics flipped the script, sealing Berewuleng FC’s place as champions of the GFF Women’s National League.
