A woman who identified herself as Amie Camara has been found dumped alive in a bush after being robbed by a taxi driver.

Ms Camara, who is from Burusubi Phase One, said she boarded the taxi at Tippa Garage but could not remember the number plate.

In a two minutes video that went viral, the distressed woman could be seen speaking to a man who identified himself as a forestry officer

Ms Camara told the officer: “I stopped him [the taxi] and said I want to go to Coastal Road. But when he was driving, he took out something like spray and he was spraying shortly after that I went flat [lost consciousness] . I know he took my purse and my telephone and my ID Card.”

She complained of serious bodily pain as she shouted “I know he broke my leg” adding “he came to collect me with one of his boys. That was the time I hid behind this place and took something to cover it around my head.”
